On Monday, 20th March 2023, During the abroard mission in Japan, His Excellency Lou Kim Chhun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia, in charge as Chairman and CEO, led the delegation of the members of Board Directors, and PAS Management, had conducted the study tour at the Port of Tokyo.
